An awesome place to quick grab like homemade Healthy delicious meal avoiding the long restaurant wait, the cleanliness there is top notch, the menu has more than 40 different kinds of foods, they have clean energy drinks and healthy snack, protein shakes and workout drinks, The owner deserves a five star he makes sure customer is beyond satisfied, this is a local Family business that’s working hard to bring the best for Windsor and the surrounding, a must must try for sure.

They donated 1000 meals to their community. This is an incredible act. I know it today’s world where restaurants and communities struggle this speak volumes. They are truly putting people above profits. Every business should be like that. As a small business this act could be crippling. Please if you are a resident of Windsor or nearby get out and support this place. I am unfortunately on the other side of the border I can’t but this is my way of bringing light to and incredible business. Keep up the great work. I hope this business becomes a major success and spread around the world. You and your staff deserve nothing but the best.

After sustaining an injury, I found great satisfaction in Macro Food meals. The ease and convenience when being limited in the kitchen has make my recovery so much easier. The food is delicious and well prepared. Understanding how difficult cooking can be especially in the early stages of recovery after surgery, not only for yourself but for your family makes Macro foods a smart decision for quick, healthy and well balanced meals. An injury is certainly an unforeseen event and seeing the potential in Macro foods as a result has made my adaptive lifestyle much more practical. Love the product and would recommend especially if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation where you are not able to cook yourself or are taking care of a loved one.

I find Macro Foods a more superior, higher quality service compared to a couple of other places I used. Their chicken and fish are very good and when heated, they taste good and moist with good flavor. I find the variety very nice regarding dietary requirements. I went to their new location and had a 1 second glimpse of their prep facility, and it really impressed me. It reminded me of how the 5* Star Airlines with their Top Chefs prepare the food for First Class Meals. It's a real comfort to have this service. I really enjoy this service.

Amazing healthy food. Ready to go, tasty, full of protein. The best option for to go meals. So tasty. Haven’t had one dish I haven’t loved. Staff at this location is especially friendly. Great costumer service. Always will recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues! Thanks for being awesome Macro Foods :-)
